Now that Dodd-Frank has been largely implemented in America and MiFID and EMIR are moving forward in the EU, is it time for Asia to take action or wait to see how the markets function under these new rules? What steps should or can be taken by the industry and Asian regulators to ensure a cohesive framework which will promote and protect regional derivatives market participants?
