This session will consider how the structure of the U.S. Treasury market is changing. Panelists will cover the automation of Treasury markets, CLOB vs. RFQ, changes in the use of IDB platforms, interaction of cash and futures markets and whether additional oversight is needed for U.S. Treasury markets. Panelists also will discuss the findings of the joint staff report on the events of the Treasury Market on October 15, 2014.
