Women Who Are Reshaping Fintech: Sponsored by WILD

NextGen Classroom, Silver Hall

As the futures industry faces disruption from fintech and other trends, women have new and exciting opportunities to play in the new spaces. To showcase this trend, Women in Listed Derivatives (WILD) and FIA have invited several women who are leading this disruption to share what they are doing and how unique opportunities are being created. We will also look at how fintech companies can promote diversity in their hiring and promotion strategies and encourage women and girls to select a career in technology and finance early in their education. The panel discussion will be held in the Next Gen Hall, adjacent to Innovators Pavilion, making it accessible to any FIA Expo attendee with a trade show pass.
