Women Who Shape Fintech: Sponsored by WILD
NextGen Classroom, Salon A/ NextGen Hall
The fintech revolution is shaking up finance—and creating new opportunities for women to take leadership roles in our industry. To showcase this trend, Women in Listed Derivatives (WILD) and FIA have invited several women who are leveraging today's most innovative technologies to share their stories. We will explore some of the unique challenges these women faced in getting to their current roles and discuss how diversity can foster creativity and expand the utility of new technologies. We will also look at how fintech companies can promote diversity in their hiring and promotion strategies and encourage women and girls to select a career in technology early in their education. The panel discussion will be held in the Next Gen Hall, adjacent to Innovators Pavilion, making it accessible to any FIA Expo attendee with a trade show pass.
A reception to meet and mingle with WILD will follow immediately after the panel - stop by to get your wristband!
