This session will provide an overview of regulatory and compliance issues confronted by commercial and financial end-users when trading in the derivatives markets. Specifically, the session will cover common compliance gaps related to reporting to the CFTC and exchanges. Finally, this session will also discuss current swap regulation impacting end users and potential regulatory reform.
