This session will discuss a range of regulatory reforms applicable to the uncleared swaps market, including the impact of the uncleared margin rule‎, its cross border implications, as well as lessons learned from its implementation. The session will also cover other regulatory developments such as the proposed rules on mandatory contractual stays for Qualifying Financial Contracts and the European Bank Resolution and Recovery Directive, as well as the SECís securities-based swap rule implementation.
